Our former neighbor, Kevin Landolt, was an avid mountain, rock & ice climber, who also loved to paint. He succumbed to leukemia in March 2013. He was 24-years-old and an only child. My friend/neighbor Laurel and I found pictures of some of his paintings posted on his blog. We created this art quilt from one of his paintings as a gift to his parents, who displayed it at his memorial service.
