About

Welcome to my website!

I consider myself relatively new to the world of quilting, because although I started in 2000, life got really busy and I had to put quilting on the back burner for awhile. I decided to get serious a few years ago and began taking classes from some of our incredible local quilt artists at local quilt shops.

I live in beautiful Northern Colorado with my wonderfully supportive (and infinitely patient) husband, Kevin. We have three grown kids, 6 adorable grandkids and five grand puppies.

  1. I loved seeing your quilt “Passage to Winter” in Machine Quilting Unltd. Beautiful work and inspiring. I’d love to do one of Aspen trees for a friend who lives in Colorado. Did you use a confetti technique for the leaves? And, is your silk organza over the whole work of art or just the tree trunks? You’ve captured the change of leaves perfectly. Laura
